Shipping

All in stock orders will be processed and be shipped within 1 week. Shipping costs are from €6,75 to €10,00. I ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain and Portugal. If you want to order from a different country, please reach out via email and we can get a custom quote.

Amsterdam pickup

Those who would like to pickup orders in person can chose 'Pickup' upon checkout. Pickup will be in the Jordaan, Amsterdam. Expect a follow up email with options and directions! If you reserve a time slot and you can’t make it, please notify me even if it’s last minute.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. If we agree on a returning a piece because you are unsatisfied, you will have to cover the cost of shipping and are responsible for safely packing the products being returned. All pieces must be received in the condition they were purchased. Thanks for understanding. <3

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

Gift card payments

Payment with gift cards is possible! Please contact me through the Contact form and let me know what products you want to order, your contact details, address, and gift card number.

Disclaimer

All products are handmade, so perfect imperfections are present. Please carefully look at the pictures and product descriptions.

All glazes used are food safe. While all pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, it is recommended to hand-wash all ceramics, to protect the surface from abrasion overtime.
